Wheelock is a private college with a public mission to improve the lives of children and families. Every year, a new class of Wheelock graduates go out into the world with the intention of making it more equitable, safe, and just for all people.
While supporting our academic mission these efforts focus on improving the educational experience in or school systems and providing avenues of access for college bound students, especially those through the Boston area.
To that end, Wheelock supports a number of initiatives that further our commitment to enacting positive change in our community. Our partnerships with leaders and organizations in greater Boston allow us to create change—on the individual, local, and systemic levels.
