Current Program Offerings in The Bahamas

The Master of Science Programme in Early Childhood and Elementary Teaching offered in collaboration with Wheelock College advances the teaching opportunities for professionals involved in educating young children and their families. Participants of the programme engage in critical and analytical thinking and research studies that support the development of lifelong learning skills. Learners are also provided with the latest research-based knowledge to support them to develop competencies in early childhood education, curriculum review and programme evaluation. Graduates are prepared to assume leadership roles in early childhood and elementary education. Such a cadre of leaders helps others to teach, care for, and continue to improve the quality of life for children and families in the 21st century
