Siobhan Fitzpatrick is the Chief Executive Officer of Early Years, the largest organization in Northern Ireland for young children. Ms. Fitzpatrick and Early Years have hosted the Presidential International Service Learning Program in Belfast for the past four years. This program allows Wheelock students and alumni to learn about helping children who are living in communities affected by violence to heal.
