2010 US Senator Special Election

To fill the seat of Ted Kennedy

Since the death of Senator Ted Kennedy in late August 2009 Governor Deval Patrick has appointed Paul Kirk Jr. as interim US Senator, who is filling the seat until the new senator is sworn in.

The Special State Election will be held on January 19, 2010.

The Special State Primary Election will be held on Tuesday December 8, 2009.
